S S Properties

We have been running S S Properties for a good while now from our office in the Rajnigandha Cooperative building. You can find us right on Mahatma Gandhi Road-8 in Borivali West, which is usually a pretty busy spot. We are located quite close to Nalanda College, so if you know that landmark, you won't have any trouble spotting us. The office itself is not much to look at, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet with folks from the neighborhood. It is mostly just us handling local house rentals and sales. We don’t have a big team or any fancy corporate suits. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and people walking in to ask what’s available in the area. We know Borivali West like the back of our hand because we spend so much time here. The traffic on MG Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it means there is always life around the office. We just try to be straightforward about the properties we show. If a place has issues, we usually just tell you. It is easier than dealing with problems later on. We handle the paperwork and the boring legal bits that come with moving. It’s just honest, local work. People seem to appreciate that we don’t use a lot of big words or sales talk. We are just here to help you find a roof over your head.
