I C Colony is a very specific kind of neighborhood with a lot of regular families and a real sense of community. We have been here at Ruvins Estates for some time and we have seen a lot of changes in the buildings around us. The shop is small but we keep it tidy and it is a good place to meet people who are looking for a new home in Borivali. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push people into things. We just show them what is available and let them decide. Usually we have the door open to catch the breeze and you can hear the kids playing or people talking on the sidewalk. It is a very lived-in area and that makes the work more personal. We know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. Working across from a bank means there are always people coming and going and it makes the day feel quite active. We just handle the property files and take people for viewings when they have the time. It is a simple life and a simple business right here in the heart of the colony. We just show up and do our bit for the neighborhood properties.
