If you head over to Borivali West, right across from Bhagwati Hospital, you’ll find us in B Wing of the Saraswati building. We are in Flat No 3. It’s a bit unusual to have an estate office in a flat, but it makes the whole place feel more like a home, which I think people appreciate. Ravi Junnarkar has been working as a consultant around here for years. He knows every corner of Borivali like it’s his own backyard. The office is usually quiet, except for when the sirens from the hospital across the street go off. We’ve got a view of the main road, and we see people coming and going all day long. Dealing with property is mostly about listening to what people need and then trying to find it in the local listings we keep in our old registers. We don’t use any fancy software to match buyers with sellers. It’s all based on what we know and the people we talk to at the local shops. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right spot, but we don’t like to rush things. People stop by Saraswati A for advice on rentals or buying a small place nearby. We offer them a seat and maybe some water, and we just talk. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We just want to help our neighbors find a place that fits them. That’s how we’ve always done it.
