It’s a small place, honestly, but it gets the job done for what we do at Quickdeal Estate Consultants. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have noisy neighbors. We handle a lot of rentals and sales right here in the block and the next few streets over. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we keep the fan running. We aren't big corporate types. We usually wear casual clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Finding a flat in Mumbai is a headache, we know that. We just try to make it a bit less of a mess by being clear about the prices and the paperwork. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. If you come by, we might be out showing a property, so it's always better to call first. We handle the local stuff, the shops, and the apartments that people actually live in.
