Pritesh Estate Agency is tucked away on the ground floor of Akash Deep Building. We are in Borivali West, right near Pandya Hospital. Being near a hospital means it’s usually pretty active around here. You hear the ambulances and the local crowd moving about all day long. Our office isn't very large, but it serves the purpose. We spend a lot of time helping folks look for apartments or maybe a small commercial space in the neighborhood. Most people who come in are just local families or small business owners looking for a change. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know these streets like the back of our hand. The desks are always a bit cluttered with papers and map prints of the local blocks. It gets a bit loud when the market is in full swing, but we like the energy. We’ve seen buildings go up and old ones get renovated over the years. It’s interesting to see how Borivali changes every few seasons. We don't promise anything grand, we just show what is available and help with the basic forms. Sometimes the internet is slow or the coffee runs out, but we manage. If you’re walking past the hospital, you’ll likely see our sign. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t bother with fancy talk. Just property stuff for regular people. It's a small place but we've been here for a good while and know the landlords.
