You can find our office at Shop Number 2 in Anjana Apartments. We are located on Mm Lane, right by the Nagarathpet Cross and near the Shimpoli Signal in Borivali West. It is a very busy corner of the neighborhood, and we have been working out of this shop for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent dealing with the local property market here in Borivali. We handle everything from small rental flats to larger commercial spaces. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different people throughout the day. We are not a big corporate company; we are just a small team that knows these streets really well. We spend a lot of time checking on properties and making sure the paperwork is in order for our clients. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we try to give everyone our time. We know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues because we have been working in this area for so long. People often stop by while they are out at the market or waiting near the signal to ask about what is available. We give them honest answers based on what we see every day.
