Parag Estate Consultant is based at Shop No 3 in the Gurukrupa Society. We are located in Borivali West, right across from the Link View Hotel. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily when they are walking around. Our shop is part of the society building, so we are right in the middle of the local residential life. We’ve been helping people with property stuff for a long time. It’s mostly about finding apartments or shops for people who want to stay in Borivali. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just drop by and ask what’s available. Sometimes we are out showing a flat, so we leave a note on the door. The hotel across the street is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which can be a bit boring, but it has to be done right. We try to be clear about the costs so there are no headaches later on. Borivali West is always busy, and the property market is no different. We see a lot of the same faces every day. We don't try to push people into buying things they don't need. We just show the options and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us and the people who come to see us.
