We are located on the ground floor of Matruchhaya Bloc in Borivali West. If you know where Sathosh Auto Garage is, we are right there next to it. It’s a busy little corner of the world, and you can usually hear the sounds of cars being worked on while we’re sitting at our desks. Being realtors in this part of town means we spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks to look at different properties. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet people who are looking to move into the area. We get a lot of walk-ins because we’re on the ground floor, which keeps things interesting. Sometimes it’s just someone asking for directions, and other times it’s someone who has lived in Borivali their whole life looking for a change. We don’t do the whole high-pressure sales thing; it’s more about just showing what’s available and letting people decide for themselves. The walls are covered with maps and some old photos of the neighborhood. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, but we have a fan that does its best. Working at Malavia Mehta Realtors means being part of the daily grind here in Borivali, watching the traffic go by and helping people figure out where they’re going to live next. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who stop by.
