You can find us at Shop No 13 on the ground floor of the Shivd building in Borivali West, Phase II. We are quite near Haridas Circle, which is a busy spot most of the time. We’ve been working as Lucky Estate Agent from this shop for a long time. Borivali is a big area, but we mostly focus on the neighborhoods around here. The office is simple and a bit cluttered sometimes, but that’s because we’re usually busy with something or other. We don't try to impress anyone with expensive office furniture or corporate talk. We’re just local people who know a lot about the flats and shops in this part of town. People often walk in just to check on prices or see if anything new has come on the market near Haridas Circle. We try to be helpful and give them the real story on whatever property they're looking at. There are no polished sales pitches here, just regular conversations about where people want to live. We handle the rentals, the sales, and all the boring paperwork that goes with it. It’s what we do every day, and we’re used to the pace of Phase II. We aren't a huge firm, just a small shop where you can get a straight answer. It’s been our way for years, and we don't see any reason to change it now.
