Keys Properties

We are located at Shop Number 10 in the Veena Sarang building, which is part of the Saiba Borivali West area. It is right in the Tulsibaugwale Colony, and we are directly opposite the Kamala Vihar Sports Club. You can often hear the noise from the club when there is a game going on, which makes the afternoons a bit more interesting. The shop is small, but we have enough space for a couple of visitors to sit down and talk. Borivali is a fast-paced place, and there are always new buildings going up or people moving out. We try to stay on top of what is happening in the colony and the surrounding streets. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or drinking tea with neighbors who drop by. We do not have a big corporate team at Keys Properties, just a few of us who know the local roads and the people living here. It is honest work, mostly dealing with the bits of paper and the legal stuff that comes with renting or buying. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get around, but we still manage to keep the shop open. It is a local business, through and through, and we like the familiar faces we see every day. We just take things as they come and try to be useful to anyone who walks through the door. We have been in Shop No 10 for a long time now and it is a familiar spot for many.
