Our office is in Borivali West at the 1st building. We are located on the 2nd Cross in Nandhini Layout. A good way to find us is to go behind Kishor Saree House. That saree shop is a big landmark around here, so everyone knows it. Once you go behind it, you’ll find us. Karan Realtors & Estate Consultant is a small team. We don’t have a big corporate office with a lobby. It’s just a room where we can sit and go through property listings. Borivali is a crowded place, especially on the weekends, so being tucked away in Nandhini Layout is actually quite nice. We handle a lot of different things, from small rentals to selling family homes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the 2nd Cross checking on properties. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is bad, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any big words or try to impress people with fancy talk. We just tell them what’s available and what the price is. People seem to like that we’re just regular folks from the neighborhood. We’ve been behind the saree house for a while now and we know most of the people on this street. If you need to talk about a house, you just come find us in the back. It’s as simple as that. We usually have some tea ready if you want to sit and chat for a bit.
