You can find Hilton Realtors over in Borivali West, specifically at Akshita Avenue on the 18th Cross. We’ve been set up here for a bit, and most of us live close by too, so we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We aren't doing anything fancy or revolutionary; we just help people buy, sell, or rent houses and shops in this corner of the world. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs where we sit and go through the listings. We spend a lot of time driving around Sec.7 and the surrounding blocks, checking out new spots or meeting people who want to move. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening to what people actually need, which isn't always what they say they want at first. Borivali is a busy place, and there’s always something happening with the property prices or new shops opening up. We try to keep up with it all without making a big fuss. We don’t have a massive marketing budget or a team of sales people in suits. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks and trying to make sure the paperwork is in order.
