I run my estate agent business out of Flat No 6, A Wing, in the Om Shree Ge building. We are located in Borivali West, right next to the Sai Baba Mandir. It’s a peaceful spot, and the temple makes it easy for people to find the building when they’re coming for the first time. I’ve been working as an estate agent here for a while, mostly helping folks find apartments or shops in the Borivali area. It’s a one-man show or a small team depending on the day. I spend a lot of time on my feet, walking to different buildings to check out flats or meet with landlords. The office is in a residential wing, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business place. People often stop by after visiting the mandir to ask about property rates or if any new flats have come up for sale. I try to give them the honest details about the water supply or the building age. Real estate in Mumbai is always a bit chaotic, but I try to keep things calm and simple. There is a lot of paperwork to handle with every registration, and I spend my evenings sorting through those files. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s what I do. I know this neighborhood very well and I’ve seen it grow over the years. I just give people the facts and let them decide what works for them.
