We've been here in Borivali West for quite a while now. Our office is situated in the Madhu Villa Building, which is right in Lane 3 of the Mangaldas Market. It is a pretty busy spot but we have grown to like the noise. Most days, folks just drop by to ask what is happening in the neighborhood or to see if any new places have opened up. We deal with all sorts of property stuff, mostly helping regular people figure out what they can do with their property. A lot of the day is just spent on the phone or sitting down with neighbors. Sometimes the market outside gets really loud, but that is just part of living and working in Mumbai. If you are walking past the building, you will probably see our small sign out front. We handle a lot of the paperwork and registration things that people often find confusing. It isn’t fancy work, but it really needs to get done right. We have seen many changes around Lane 3 over the years. Buildings go up and shops change hands all the time. Usually, it’s just a few of us in here making sure everything runs okay. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls, just this practical space in Mangaldas Market. Dealing with houses and flats takes a lot of time and patience. We try to be straight with everyone about what they can expect. There is no point making things sound better than they are. If someone is looking for a place or trying to move, we help out.
