Gurukrupa Estate Consultants

Gurukrupa Estate Consultants is located at Shop No 6 in Building No D/23. We are in Borivali West, specifically near the Haji Ali area and close to the HDFC Bank ATM. This spot is usually quite busy with people withdrawing cash or heading to the shops. I’ve been running the shop here for a while now. It is a small space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but they are covered in maps and notes anyway. We focus on the property around Borivali West because that is where we are. Gurukrupa Estate Consultants isn't a huge firm with lots of branches. It is just this one shop. My brother helps me out sometimes when there is too much work to handle alone. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just help people buy or rent places around here. The ATM nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find Building D/23. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. It is a quiet life even in a busy city like this. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just talk to people and try to find what they need.
