We are located in Unit Number 4 on the ground floor of the Jeev building in Borivali West. Our office is right across the street from the ICICI Bank, so it is a very easy landmark for people to find. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of people just walking in to ask about local rents or to see if any shops are opening up. The space is quite small and filled with old ledgers and files that we have kept over the years. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but if more than three people come in at once, it gets a bit crowded. We have been in Borivali West for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go in the Jeev building. We mostly deal with residential flats and small retail spaces in this neighborhood. It is a lively place to work because there is always something happening on the street outside. We do not have a fancy website or a big staff. It is just us sitting at our desks, answering the phone and talking to people who live nearby. We like being part of the local community. Sometimes the shopkeepers from next door come in for a chat when things are slow. It is a very normal, local way of doing business without any of that corporate polish.
