Dsilva Properties

You can find us at Shop No 3 in Sabita Apartments. We’re located in Borivali West, specifically in the 1st N Block near the 10th Cross. It’s very close to the 206 last bus stop, which is how most people describe where we are to their friends. Dsilva Properties has been in this small shop for a long time. It’s a tiny space, mostly filled with folders and a few chairs that have seen better days. We handle local rentals and sales in this part of Borivali. It’s a busy neighborhood with kids playing outside and people always walking past to the bus stop. We know most of the people who live in the building and the ones in the shops across the street. We’re not a big company by any means. It’s just me and my sister running things most days. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and showing apartments that are often smaller than people expect them to be. That’s just Mumbai life for you. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road right outside, so we’re always wiping down the desks in the morning. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people walking in or calling the number we painted on the shutter. We try to be helpful and honest about the places we show. If a flat has a leaky pipe, we’ll tell you before you move in. It’s just how we do things.
