Our consultancy is at Shop No 1 in Rank Terrace. We are located in the Shimpo area of Borivali West, specifically in Gandhi Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right next to the Veg Treat Hotel. That’s usually the easiest way to explain where we are. The hotel is always busy, especially during lunch and dinner time, so there are always people around. Sometimes I go there for a quick meal when I’ve had a long day. Rank Terrace is a decent building, and our shop is right at the front. I’ve been working here for years and I’ve seen Gandhi Nagar change quite a bit. Borivali West is a great place to be because it feels like a real neighborhood. Everyone seems to know everyone else. My office is full of maps and old ledgers. I’m not a big fan of doing everything on a computer, so I still write a lot of things down by hand. It feels more real that way. People come in to ask about shops or flats in the area, and we just have a normal conversation. No sales pitches or anything like that. I usually have a pot of tea going and I’m happy to share a cup with anyone who stops by. It’s a simple business, run by simple people. We just try to be helpful and stay busy with our daily tasks.
