Chirag Estate Consultancy

We run Chirag Estate Consultancy from our office at A/5, 301 in Yogi Dham. This is on Eksar Road in Borivali West. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Jain Temple, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our office is up on the third floor. It is a quiet enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We have been working out of this space for a good while now. The room is filled with folders and old ledgers because we like to keep track of everything clearly. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls and no character. We just have regular desks and some old fans that hum while we work. Borivali West is a nice part of town to be in. We get a lot of people from the local buildings coming in to talk about real estate. Most of the day is spent checking on different properties or answering the phone. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us doing the consultancy work one day at a time. We usually have lunch together in the office and talk about whatever is happening on Eksar Road. It is a very local business and we like it that way. No big fuss, just honest work.
