You can find us over at 18 Borivali West on S V P Road. The office is in Ashkent Apartment, which sits right opposite the Ram Mandir. It’s a very busy part of Borivali West. There is always the sound of bells or chanting coming from the temple, which makes the day feel a bit different. Chetan Estate Agency has been operating out of this apartment for a while. It’s a regular room with some desks and a lot of paper stacks. We spend our time talking to people about local property and showing them what's available nearby. S V P Road is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside our window. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up right in front of Ashkent Apartment. We usually have some tea in the afternoon while we go through the lists. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We know most of the shopkeepers on this stretch of the road. People coming to the Ram Mandir often use our building as a landmark. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a local agency doing the usual daily tasks. We open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. Borivali West is a big area, but this little corner feels like home to us after all this time.
