Our little office is located in the Devkrupa Building, specifically at Shop No 2. We are in Borivali West, not too far from Star Apartment. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main market area, but we stay busy with people coming in to talk about housing. Being an estate agent in this part of town means knowing which buildings have water issues or which ones have the best sunlight. We spend a lot of time walking around these blocks. It isn't a very large shop, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors recognize us. Usually, we are just handling the paperwork for rentals or sales. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the files and folders, but we know where everything is. If you're walking past Star Apartment, you’ll find us easily enough. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. That seems to work okay for a small business like ours. The fans hum in the background while we drink our coffee and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a simple life here at the office. We just focus on the properties around Devkrupa and the nearby lanes.
