You can find our shop right on the Borivali West Main Road. We are at Shop Number 1 in the Rank Terrace building, which is directly opposite the Ganpati Mandir. It’s a very busy spot, especially on festival days or weekends when there are lots of people going to the temple. Our office is small, but being on the main road means we see a lot of action. We’ve been here for a long time, watching Borivali grow and change. People often just pop in because they saw our sign while walking past. We handle all sorts of property matters, from small rental flats to shops. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We don’t have a big polished presentation. Usually, we just pull out a notebook and start writing down what a person is looking for. The traffic outside can be loud, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our time keeping track of which shops are opening and which apartments are coming up for rent. It’s basic, local work. We know the landlords and we know the streets. There’s no magic to it, just staying on top of the details and being around when people need us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the folks in our neighborhood. It keeps us busy and we like the routine. We are just local people helping other local people.
