We are located at Shop No 6 in the Raj Crystal building. This is over in the Royal Borivali West area, specifically near the GIDC Industrial Area and not far from Kala Niketan. It is an interesting spot because you get a mix of industrial workers and families walking around. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a counter, a couple of chairs that have seen better days, and a calendar on the wall that I sometimes forget to flip. Being a real estate consultant in Borivali means you are always on the move. I spend half my time on my scooter going between different properties and the other half sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. The dust from the industrial area nearby tends to find its way inside, so I am always wiping down the desk. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and our knowledge of the local lanes and buildings. People come in to ask about rents or prices, and we tell them what we know. There is no script or polished presentation. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes we share a tea with a neighbor and talk about the weather. It is just a small local business trying to help people find their way around the property market here in Borivali. We’ve been at it for a while and don’t plan on changing.
