We’re located in the Sheetal Building, right at the first shop. It’s on Chandavarka, near the 14th Cross in the 7th Block of Borivali West. It’s a nice enough area, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the block. We don’t do any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just know which flats are empty and which ones might be coming up for sale soon. Borivali West is a busy place, but our little corner is okay. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We’ve seen kids grow up and move out of these buildings while we’ve been sitting here. We handle the paperwork for rentals and sales without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck at the registrar’s office, and we have to go down there and sort it out. That’s just the way it goes. We don't have a website with fancy photos. Usually, if you want to see a place, we just grab the keys and walk over there with you. It’s more direct that way. People seem to appreciate that we don't sugarcoat things. If a building is old and needs work, we say so right away. It saves everyone time. We’ve lived here a long time, so we care about who moves in next door to us. It’s a simple way to work, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
