Adinath Estates Agent is at Office number 5 at Gopal Terrace. It’s in Kas, Borivali West. A good landmark is the Veg Treat Hotel which is right near us. Honestly, the smell of the food from the hotel makes me hungry all afternoon. Gopal Terrace is a bit of an older building, but it’s a nice enough place to work. We are on the ground level mostly, so it’s easy for people to just walk in. Borivali is always bustling with people going to the station or the market. We have a small office with some old wooden desks and a couple of plastic chairs. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the local area. We spend the day calling landlords and checking out new flats that come up for rent. Sometimes the rains make the street outside a bit messy, but that’s just how it is here. I keep a stack of newspapers on the table and there is usually a fan running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. People stop by after eating at Veg Treat sometimes just to ask about property prices. We don't have a big mission or anything, we just help people find a place to live. It’s a local business and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The office is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is.
