Our office is tucked away in the Abhilasha building, which is Office No A/1. You can find us in Borivali East on the 8th Main road. We are right across from the Abhyudaya Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. Gurappana Palya is a lively area, and there is always noise from the traffic and the shops nearby. We’ve been working as consultants here for a while. It’s mostly about sitting down with people and hearing what they are looking for in a home. We have a couple of desks that are usually covered in listings and sticky notes. It’s not a very polished place, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to nearby properties to check on things. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for people to show up for appointments, so we just sit and watch the street from the door. We aren't a big firm with lots of staff. It’s a small operation. We know the buildings in Borivali East quite well because we spend all our time here. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the printer acts up, but we get the job done. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are like these days. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
