Satkar Estate Agent

Satkar Estate Agent is basically just me and a couple of others sitting in Shop No 1 over at the B Wing of Thakkar Apartment. We’re right near Ashokvan Colony in Borivali East. It’s a busy little corner. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can be, especially in the evenings. We spend a lot of time walking around the nearby buildings, checking out which flats are empty or who wants to move. People drop by the shop all the time just to ask about prices or tell us their neighbor is selling. It’s a lot of talking. Sometimes we’re out all afternoon showing places, and other times we’re just sitting here waiting for a callback. Borivali East has changed a lot over the years, but this spot near Ashokvan stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big website or anything. We just keep our files in order and try to remember who’s looking for what. The shop is small, but it’s enough for what we do. Dealing with property is mostly just listening to what people need and then trying to find it in the local blocks. It can be tiring when people change their minds at the last minute, but that happens. We’ve been in this wing for a good bit now. It’s just a normal real estate desk, nothing fancy or corporate about it. We just know the streets around here well and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
