Saraswati Art Bangles

You can find us at Babanche Kuteer 1/1, which is in the Sweepers Quarters area of Rajendranagar, Dattapada in Borivali East. It is a bit of a specific address, but the locals know it well. We are Saraswati Art Bangles, and as you can guess, we deal mostly in bangles of all kinds. The shop is tucked away in a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being on a main commercial road. We have boxes and boxes of bangles stacked up to the ceiling. It’s very colorful inside because of all the glass and plastic we have on display. My wife and I run the place together. We spend a lot of time sorting through new stock or helping someone find the exact shade of red or green to match their outfit. Borivali East is a busy part of the suburbs, and there’s always something going on outside. The quarters can get a bit noisy with kids playing and people going about their business. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small board. People usually find out about us through word of mouth. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside if a whole family comes in at once to pick out bangles for a wedding. We just pull out a few extra stools and let them take their time. It’s a humble way to make a living, but we enjoy the colors and the people we meet. It’s just a normal day for us.
