We are located at Shop No 1 in the Dheeraj Regency building. This is in Wes Borivali East, right on the corner where the 3rd Main Road and Karavalli Road meet, just opposite Siddharth Nagar. It is a good location because so many people pass by on their way to work or the station. Our shop is right on the ground level so it is very easy to find. We have a small desk near the entrance where we sit and watch the traffic go by. Borivali East is a place that is always growing and there are always new buildings going up or old ones being renovated. We try to keep track of what is happening on every street nearby. We are not a big chain of consultants. It is just a few of us here every day. We have some folders with photos of houses and some handwritten lists of what is currently available. The office isn't very modern; we have some old chairs and a ceiling fan that hums quite loudly in the summer heat. Most of our work is just talking to people who live in Siddharth Nagar or the surrounding apartments. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and knowing the local streets. If you walk past Dheeraj Regency, you will likely see us through the window talking on the phone or writing down notes on a pad.
