Raheja Property Consultancy

Our office, Raheja Property Consultancy, is situated at 202/A, Park Site 2. We are part of the Raheja Esta complex in Borivali East. It’s right on Bopal Main Road, and we are quite close to the Club House, which makes us pretty easy to find. Borivali East is a massive area, but we’ve carved out our little corner here. We spend most of our time helping people navigate the local property market. It can be a bit confusing for folks, so we just sit down and try to explain things simply. The office is a quiet place where we keep all our records. We don’t have any flashy signs or loud music. It’s just a place for business. We get all sorts of people coming in—young couples looking for their first flat, or older folks looking to downsize. We’ve seen the main road get busier and busier every year. Sometimes the noise from the traffic is a bit much, but being on the main road helps people find us when they are driving by. We don’t go in for fancy talk. We just tell people what we know about the different buildings and what the going rates are. It’s about showing up every day and doing the work. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we enjoy the rhythm of life here near the Club House. It’s a good community to be a part of.
