R K Estate Consultants is based over in Borivali East on Kasthurba Road. It’s a busy part of town, which is good for us because people are always looking for advice on property around here. We’ve been set up on this road for some time now. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where we keep our maps and our listings. We spend a lot of our time walking up and down Kasthurba Road or heading into the nearby lanes to look at buildings. Borivali is a place where you really have to know the specific blocks to be helpful to anyone. We talk to a lot of owners and people looking to move into the area. Most of the time, it’s just about being honest about what’s actually available. We don't use a lot of big words or try to push people into things they don't want. It’s more about sitting down and having a real conversation. The tea stall nearby is where we end up half the time anyway when we need a break. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change, and we just try to keep up with it as best we can.
