Our office is number 10 in the Discovery Building, located in Borivali East. It is a lively area and there is always something happening right outside our door. Neha Estate Agency has been part of this community for years, helping people navigate the housing market in this part of Mumbai. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well for meeting local residents and those moving into the area. We see a lot of different faces, from young couples looking for their first rental to older folks who have lived in Borivali their whole lives. The Discovery Building is easy to find, which helps because we don't spend much on big signs or marketing. We prefer just being accessible to anyone who walks in off the street. Dealing with property here means knowing the train schedules and which areas get flooded during the monsoon. We give people the real picture, not some polished version of it. It’s about being practical and honest about what is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks to see if any new "To Let" signs have gone up. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like being in the middle of everything. There is a sense of satisfaction when a family finally gets their keys and moves in. That is basically what we do every single day without much fuss.
