Karsan Estate

Our office is in the Mangalam Building, which is over in the Kulupwadi area of Borivali East. It is a nice spot because it's close to the National Park, so the air feels a little bit fresher than in the middle of the city. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Karsan Estate is just a local place where we help folks find somewhere to live or work. We don't have a big fancy website or a huge team of sales people. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, taking calls and writing down notes in our ledgers. The building itself is pretty easy to find once you are in Kulupwadi. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask what the prices are doing this month. We don't like using high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show the property, tell you the price, and let you think about it. It’s a very relaxed way of doing things. Sometimes we get busy and the office gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we always know where everything is. The local residents are our neighbors, so we try to treat everyone fairly. It is a straightforward business. We show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s been our routine for years and we’re happy to keep it that way.
