We operate out of two units, Gala No 29 and 213, in Sai Niwas Kul over in Borivali East. It’s right near the Rationing Office, so most people in the neighborhood know the area pretty well. Working as realtors in Borivali keeps us pretty busy. The market here moves fast, and there is always someone looking for a flat or trying to rent something out. We started with just one small space and ended up needing more room, which is why we have the two spots now. It’s just a handful of us who live and work around here. We know the streets and the buildings because we see them every day. When someone comes in, we usually just sit down with a cup of water and talk about what they need. There’s no big sales pitch. We just look at what’s on the books and see if anything fits. Borivali East has a lot of different pockets, and we try to keep track of all of them. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we get through it. It’s a local business, through and through. We aren't a big chain, just a local office trying to help folks find a place to live or work. Being near the Rationing Office means there’s always people passing by, so we stay pretty active throughout the week. It can be a bit chaotic with the noise outside, but we don't mind it much. It just feels like part of the neighborhood.
