Boost Dance Academy

We’ve been running things here at Boost Dance Academy for a while now. You can find us over in Borivali East, specifically at the 7th Block on 10th Cross. We’re right inside the Mahindra Cultural Hall. It is a decent space, usually filled with kids and some adults trying to get their steps right. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons when the classes start up, but that is just how it goes with dance. We aren't a big fancy studio with glass walls everywhere, but the floors are good and there is enough room to move around without bumping into each other too much. People from around the neighborhood just walk over or get dropped off. Most of the folks who come here are just looking to learn something new or keep active. We spend a lot of time just going over the basics and making sure everyone is having a decent time. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud for the people in the next room, but they’re used to us by now. We usually keep the doors open when it gets hot. It is a simple setup, really. We just show up, put on the music, and get to work. It’s a nice way to spend the evening if you live around this part of Borivali. We try to keep things organized but it can get a bit hectic when a lot of people show up at once.
