We have been based in Andheri East for quite some time now, right over at 1 Mallappa Hill Pump House. If you know the Jijamata Marg area, you probably know the spot near Manish Park in the A-B-C block. It is a busy part of the city. Things are always moving fast around here. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It's just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people who are interested in local property. We spend most of our days talking to neighbors. Sometimes we show people different flats in the vicinity. The pump house is a good landmark. Most people don't have much trouble finding us when they come for a visit. We know these streets pretty well by now. Living and working in Andheri East means you get used to the crowds and the constant noise from the road, but we like it here. It feels like a real community once you get to know the shopkeepers and the families living in Manish Park. We just try to be helpful when someone asks about a place to stay. Sometimes the weather is a bit much, especially during the monsoon, but we stay open and keep things running. It’s just honest work, day in and day out. We don’t go for big talk. We are just Bonanza Estate Agent, sitting right here on Jijamata Marg, doing what needs to be done for anyone who walks through the door looking for help with housing. It's a simple life.
