Bon Appetit

If you are looking for us, we are located in Andheri East 41393. It is a pretty crowded area with a lot of offices and people rushing around all the time. Our space isn't fancy or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in its place. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the daily orders to think about that. Working in Andheri East means you get used to the noise of the traffic and the trains nearby. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the entrance because the building layout is a bit confusing, but they eventually make it. We have a couple of small tables, but they get filled up pretty fast during the lunch hour. It's a bit of a tight squeeze when it's busy. We don't really do much advertising; we just stay open and do our thing. The fridge makes a low humming sound that you stop noticing after an hour or two. We just focus on getting the food out to whoever comes in. It’s just us here, trying to keep up with the pace of the neighborhood. The 41393 area has a lot of energy, even when it’s raining hard outside and the streets get a bit flooded. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in.
