We are over in Andheri East, right in B Wing of Monarch CHS. It is flat number 27 if you are looking for us. Most people know the area because of the Sai Hotel nearby, which is usually quite busy around lunch time. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and go through property papers and talk to folks coming in from the neighborhood. Some days are slow, others we are running around Andheri trying to see if a flat is actually in good shape or not. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just how it is here in Mumbai. We handle a lot of the local paperwork that people find confusing. My desk is usually covered in folders and half-empty tea cups because someone is always dropping by to ask about a rental or a sale. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. It is a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the flat. We just try to keep things moving and help people figure out where they want to live without making it too complicated. If you walk past the hotel and see the sign for Monarch, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep regular hours mostly, unless we're out on a site visit. The fan in the office makes a clicking sound, but we don't mind it much.
