Bimal Plastics

Our unit is located at J-212 in the Ansa Industrial Estate. It is on the Sakinaka Sitladevi Road. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with the sound of factories and trucks. We have been here in this estate for a while. The space is mostly taken up by our machines and bags of plastic raw materials. It gets quite warm inside because of the molding processes, so we always have the fans going. There is usually a layer of dust on the windows, and the floor is concrete. We aren’t really set up for visitors to sit down and have tea. It is a workspace first. We produce various plastic items, and there is always a rhythm to the clicking of the machines. The staff here has been with us through many seasons. We deal with bulk orders mostly, so you will often see sacks piled up near the entrance waiting for the pickup truck. Sakinaka is a crowded place to work, but the energy keeps us moving. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to make a path to the back of the room. It’s not fancy or decorated. It’s just a place where we get the job done. We spend the day checking parts and packing them into cartons. It is hard work and the hours can be long when we have a deadline.
