Billos Cafe is sitting at Shop Number 6 in Nasrulla Terrace over in Cumballa Hill. It’s a nice enough spot, though the parking can be a real pain for anyone trying to visit. We’ve been running this cafe for a while now. It started out as just a small dream to have a place where people could sit and have a cup of tea or coffee without much fuss. We have a few tables inside and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t play loud music or try to act like a fancy bistro. It’s just a cafe. We make sandwiches and some basic snacks. Most of our customers live in the buildings nearby. They come in their pajamas sometimes just to get a quick bite. We know their orders before they even speak. The staff is just us and a couple of helpers. We do the cleaning, the cooking, and the serving ourselves. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but we like the chatter. Cumballa Hill is a quiet neighborhood mostly, and Nasrulla Terrace has a bit of old-world charm to it. We try to keep the place looking decent, but it’s definitely a lived-in space. We aren't looking to expand or open ten more branches. We just want to keep this one shop running well and keep our neighbors fed. It gets a bit busy around 4 PM, but usually, it's pretty calm.
