Bihar Development Trust

We’ve been based at G-4 Morar Baug for a while now, right in Flox Chamber. It is easy to find because we are right near the police chowki. The office isn't very big but it works for what we do every day. Most mornings start with a quick tea and then we get into the paperwork. People come in and out through the day, mostly locals or folks who know the area well. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks, old chairs, and a few computers that sometimes take their time to start up. The trust keeps us busy enough. There is always someone calling or asking about something. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up a bit on the corner shelf. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic near the chowki, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The light in the office is okay during the afternoon. We usually close up around six or so, unless there is something urgent left over from the morning. It’s just a normal place where we do our work. We have known some of our neighbors for years. Sometimes we share a snack in the afternoon. It is not a complicated setup. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home on time. That is pretty much how it goes here in our little spot in Bihar.
