Bhumi Real Estates is over in the Fort area. Our office is No 4 inside Fine Mansion. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history in the buildings. We spend our days looking at maps and talking to people who want to buy or rent a place to live or work. Real estate around here is always changing, so we try to stay on top of what's available. The office is small and usually has maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the local streets really well. Fort is a busy place, and Fine Mansion has a lot of character, even if the lift is a bit slow sometimes. We don't do those flashy ads you see on billboards. Most of the people who come to us are just locals or people who heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time walking around to look at properties, so we aren't always sitting at our desks. If you come by and the door is locked, we're probably out showing a flat to someone. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. Some days are slow and other days we don't even have time for lunch. We just like helping people find a spot that fits what they need. It’s honest work and we’ve been in this building for a good while. We know the neighborhood inside and out.
