We operate out of Veena Beena Apartment in Sewri, right across from the Thakare Municipal School. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of town. We’ve been dealing with property around here for a while. Our office is in the A/2 section. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit and talk about flats or shops. Real estate can be a messy business with a lot of talking and looking at different places, but we try to keep it simple. We know the Sewri area very well because we’re here every day. We aren't one of those big agencies with offices all over the city. We just stay here in our little corner and help people find a place to stay or do business. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just how the system works. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just show people the actual properties. It’s honest, direct work. People walk in because they saw our sign or heard from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time walking around the nearby streets showing people different rooms. It's a busy life, but we like being part of the Sewri community. We just open up every morning and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to just walk in from the street.
