Bholanath Fruit Vendor

Bholanath Fruit Vendor is located in Goregaon East. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. We just sell fruit. Every morning starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when you have to get the best stuff from the main market. We bring everything back to Goregaon East and set things up for the day. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The weather really dictates how our day goes. If it’s too hot, the fruit doesn't stay fresh long. If it rains, nobody wants to come out to shop. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while, and the locals around here know us well. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just want to sell the fruit we bought that morning. Sometimes we have good mangoes, sometimes the apples are better. It just depends on the season and what’s available. We don't do any fancy packaging. We just weigh the fruit and put it in a bag. It’s a simple business. We talk to the people who walk by, maybe complain about the heat a bit, and keep an eye on the scales. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We don't need much else besides a bit of shade and some steady customers.
