Bhoj Raj

Bhoj Raj is tucked away on Masjid Street, specifically on Yusuf Meherali Road 6. If you know the area, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much is always going on. The street is packed with carts and people carrying all sorts of loads. Our place is right in the middle of that noise. It’s not the quietest spot to be, but it feels right for where we are. We open the doors and the humidity just hits you, but we’re used to it by now. The walls have been painted a few times, but they still show some wear and tear from the years. We spend a lot of time just arranging the stock and talking to the delivery guys who struggle to find parking nearby. It’s a constant juggle of space. Inside, it’s a bit cramped, especially when we have a few people in at once, but we make it work. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name and the address. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in the local shops. It’s an honest way to spend the day, just dealing with the stuff that needs doing and watching the sun go down over the buildings. It’s a bit messy and loud out there, but that’s Yusuf Meherali Road for you.
