Our place is at Flat 5 in the B Wing of Srinath Apa. It’s right there in Kandivali West near Appa Balwant Chowk in Pune. The address sounds a bit long but that’s where we are located. We are right opposite the Recreation Club. You can hear people over there sometimes when there’s a game or a big gathering happening. The building is a bit on the older side but it’s sturdy enough for us. We like being in the B Wing because it gets a good amount of light in the afternoons. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big wooden table where we keep all the paperwork and files. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like sitting in someone’s living room or a small study. We make our own coffee in a small kettle we keep in the corner. Sometimes the stairs get a bit dusty if they haven't been swept in a day or two, but that’s just how it is. The Chowk is always buzzing with people and scooters. We’ve been here for a while and know the local shopkeepers. It’s a busy spot but once you step inside our flat, it’s a bit quieter. We keep things moving and try to stay organized with our folders and ledgers. It is just a regular local business spot where we spend our hours every day. It works for us and we keep going.
