If you’re looking for us, you have to find Nanak Nivas on Dr. DD Sathe Marg. We are in Office Number 8. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has that classic character you don’t find in the newer parts of town. Bhavana Enterprise is a small operation. We don’t have hundreds of employees or a massive warehouse. It’s just a few of us working out of this office. The street outside can get pretty cramped with vehicles and people moving about, which is just part of the charm of this area. We handle various trading and enterprise activities from this desk. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through stacks of documents. It’s a quiet place compared to the noisy markets nearby. We’ve kept the office simple—desks, chairs, a couple of filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. We don’t feel the need for expensive decorations or corporate branding inside. People who deal with us know they can just walk in and have a seat. We usually have some tea going, and we talk to our clients like normal people. There’s no pressure here.
