Bhasker Shetty

My name is Bhasker Shetty and my office is G-16 in the Bhaveshwar Complex. We are right in Ghatkopar West which is a place that never really sleeps. If you stand outside you can see the Vidyavihar Bus Depot directly opposite us. The sound of the buses coming and going is like a clock for me. I know what time it is just by which bus is pulling in. It is a busy complex with lots of people coming in for all sorts of errands. My shop or office, whatever you want to call it, is a simple place. We have been here for a good while and the walls could probably tell a few stories. I don't see the point in using big words or pretending to be some huge corporation. I am just a guy running a business in a spot that is convenient for my customers. Sometimes the entrance gets blocked by a parked rickshaw but that is just part of life in Ghatkopar. We keep the fans running high in the summer and offer water to anyone who looks tired from the heat. It is a community here and we all look out for each other. Whether it is the guy selling tea or the person at the bus depot we all know the routine. I am usually here until late making sure the books are right and the shutters are locked tight.
