Manasvi Properties

We are located at G-289 in Dreams Mall, which is over in Bhandup East. Being in a mall means there’s always something going on around us. People come by after doing their shopping or just to ask about what’s available in the area. Manasvi Properties has been in this spot for a bit. It’s a small office, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of our time looking at flats and commercial spaces nearby. Bhandup East is a growing place, and there is always a new building going up somewhere. We try to keep up with all the changes. Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of every single unit, but we do our best. If you come by the mall, you can just look for the G-289 sign. We have a few desks and some files where we keep all the property details. It’s not the quietest office because of the mall traffic, but we like being where people are. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the local streets. We help people find rentals or places to buy without a lot of complicated talk. We just tell you what we know about the building or the landlord. It’s straightforward work. Most of our clients are just regular folks from the neighborhood looking for a change. I guess that's really all there is to it.
