The Property Hub

We set up The Property Hub at 1 Bhandup West on the Hosur Main Road. Our office is right across from the Dena Bank, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us in Anekal Taluk. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic going by all day. Sometimes the noise from the main road gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us handling property matters for the local folks. The office is simple, with just the basic furniture we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting different plots and houses around Anekal Taluk. There’s always construction happening nearby, so it can get a bit dusty. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy speeches. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Most of our visitors are just stopping by after finishing their business at the bank. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit since we moved in. It is interesting to see how the road has developed over the years. We keep things straightforward and don't try to overcomplicate anything. If you’re passing by the bank, you’ll likely see our sign. We are usually there from morning until evening, just doing our thing on Hosur Main Road. It is a good place for a business like ours.
